Gene expression in response to signal activation.

Our research focusses on the molecular chain of events connecting extracellular stimuli of cell behavior with associated genomic responses. Genomic responses are studied at the level of transcription outputs. In particular, we are interested in the function of the SRF control module, which critically depends upon the function of SRF cofactors (TCFs and MRTFs).
