I am primarily interested in the mechanisms by which proteins bind to one another and other biomolecules, using specific interaction domains, to form signaling networks that organize cellular repsonses to their environment. We use a variety of approaches, including biochemistry, cell biology, structural biology, mouse genetics and proteomics/mass spectrometry.
