Genome biology exploration using new omics tools

Our lab is developing new experimental and computational approaches to study genome biology. These approaches involve microfluidics, high-throughput sequencing, and single cell omics, to address questions pertaining to the origin, diversity and function of mesenchymal stromal cells across systems including adipose tissue, as well as to how genomic variation affects molecular and organismal diversity, with a specific focus on metabolic phenotypes.
