RNP granules exhibit widespread presence and serve varied cellular functions. Our focus centers on RNA-binding RNP granule proteins linked to neurodegenerative processes. Using cellular and molecular biology tools, we study mechanisms governing RNA binding and translation control processes, probing their interconnectedness with pathological conditions.
