Developmental and stem cell biology in the lung

Our lab investigates the mechanisms which control stem and progenitor cell behaviour during lung development, homeostasis and disease. We have developed a suite of genetically manipulable human organoid models which we combine with mouse genetics. These technologies allow us to dissect cellular mechanisms of lung health and disease.
