Nutrition and gut microbes in human individuals

I head a multi-disciplinary lab of computational biologists and experimental scientists with extensive experience in machine learning and analysis of heterogeneous high-throughput genomic data. My research focuses on understanding the effect of genetic variation among human individuals, and on the relationship between nutrition, health, and gut microbes in human individuals.
