My group has expertise in physics, systems biology, and quantitative analysis of gene regulation, notably in the context of circadian rhythms and feeding-fasting cycles. We extensively use multi-omics to study transcription, mRNAs, translation, and protein levels to investigate the function of gene expression rhythms in tissues. Our work in single cells focused on transcriptional bursting and interactions of circadian and cell cycle oscillators.
