My lab focuses on understanding the biology of stem cells and developing applications for stem cells and their progeny. We use high throughput approaches to dissect the regulatory pathways that govern different aspects of stem cell properties. This work has led to a systems understanding of pluripotent cellular states. Currently, we are developing complex cellular systems to enable us to model human diseases and physiology in vitro.
