Our group is primarily interested in the innate immune system, using Drosophila as a model system. After deciphering the transduction pathways that lead to the expression of the antimicrobial peptides, the main effectors of the immune system in the fly, we are focusing on host-pathogen interactions. We are currently studying the innate immune system, using Drosophila as a model.
