My laboratory develops and applies cutting-edge wet-lab and computational approaches to investigate (1) the genetic basis of complex phenotypes, (2) the function and mechanism of transcription and (3) the genetic and molecular systems underpinning disease. We also develop portable and wearable devices that integrate genomics and molecular biosensor technology to improve precision medicine and personalized healthcare at the point of living.
