We are interested in the impact of actin dynamics on cell migration, cancer cell invasion and metastasis. We also study how actin dynamics regulates membrane trafficking and how this affects cell motility. We are particularly focused on actin assembly via the 7-protein Arp2/3 complex and the WASP family proteins downstream of the Rho-family small GTPases.
