My research focuses on mechanistic aspects of cellular functional processes, combining atomic level characterization with the cellular context. I am developing innovative approaches for in-cell NMR for studying human proteins in living human cells, which is also a key approach for effective drug screening. Through structural biology techniques, in particular via NMR, I contributed to the development of an innovative approach to vaccine design.
