My lab studies sub-cellular processes using tools from theoretical physics, in particular soft matter physics and statistical mechanics. Our main effort is on connecting the microscopic components of the cytoskeleton with their large-scale out-of-equilibrium behaviors. We also conduct projects on protein-membrane interactions and protein aggregation, among others.
