My research group uses advanced single cell and spatial genomics approaches to understand how the human immune system develops, maintains health, and responds to infection and inflammation. Straddling clinical and basic research and highly invested in computational methods development, we have decoded the development of the human immune system across the body, and discovered cellular mechanisms underlying autoinflammatory skin conditions and COVID-19.
