We are interested in the maintenance of the integrity of the human genome, with a particular focus on newly identified partners of the central regulators of genome stability, ATM and ATR, as well as 53BP1, a regulator of DSB repair. Our work identifies novel mechanisms of relevance to tumour suppression with likely impact in diagnoses and therapeutic interventions in oncology.
