Dissecting the role of dendrites in brain function

I am a Neuroscientist interested in understanding how dendrites contribute to neuronal and circuit computations that underlie complex brain functions such as learning and memory. Towards this goal, we build models of various levels of complexity across different brain regions (hippocampus, cortex, amygdala). We often combine our models with imaging, electrophysiological and behavioral experiments in mice.
