Our lab pioneers super-resolution microscopy and artificial intelligence methods to visualize the dynamics of cellular and viral structures at the molecular level. We develop open-source imaging approaches, such as super-resolution radial fluctuations (SRRF), to enable bioimage-based discoveries. Our interdisciplinary research spans biophysics, cell biology, immunology, and virology, examining how pathogens disrupt cellular processes.
