We are interested in fundamental mechanisms that underlie the regulation of transcription in development, differentiation, homeostasis and oncogenesis. We employ complementary biochemical and cell/mouse-based genetic approaches to study the function, through various co-activators (including Mediator and chromatin modulators), of nuclear hormone receptors, tumor suppressor p53, B cell activators and leukemic fusion proteins in these processes.
