Forebrain wiring relies on embryonic programs that can be modulated by external signals such as prenatal inflammation, a major risk factor for neuropsychiatric disorders. Our goal is to decipher the cellular and molecular logic governing forebrain wiring, and how it can be perturbed by external signals. To this aim, we use a combination of mouse genetics, in-utero manipulations, ex-vivo and in-vitro cell culture assays and imaging techniques.
