My group uses a multidisciplinary approach to tackle global health problems such as tuberculosis (TB), Buruli ulcer and leprosy. Using screening and genome biology as platforms we are actively involved in discovering new drugs to treat TB. Our goal is to validate pharmacologically five new TB drug targets and to discover a family of compounds for a drug candidate.
