My group aims at deciphering the biological role of chromatin dynamics, histone modifications and epigenetic enzymes and their impact on cancer progression and plasticity. We do this undertaking an integrative -omics strategy centred on quantitative mass spectrometry and applied both to pre-clinical models and to clinical patient samples.
