My group strives to understand how early embryonic cells diversify and commit. We work on mammalian models from mouse to rabbit, synthesizing ideas and expertise from developmental biology, epigenetics, computational biology, transgenics, and single-cell epigenomics. In the coming years, we aspire to continue learning from the ever-elegant embryos on how to shape and reshape cellular programs, epigenetic memories, and overall tissue function.
