Omics science by the international FANTOM Consortium

Since 2000, we have organized the international FANTOM Consortium to analyse the large-scale dataset produced by a series of our own original technologies, such as the full-length cDNA technology, CAGE (cap-analysis gene expression) etc. Our activities established the international de facto standard databases of transcriptome, promotome, enhancerome and transcriptional network in higher organisms, resulting in many biologically significant discoveries.
