Our lab is interested in the molecular mechanisms driving the self-assembly and remodelling of cytoskeletal networks. In particular, we are trying to understand molecular mechanisms, which drive and regulate long-range cargo trafficking in cells. To this end, we use biophysical methods with single-molecule resolution, such as single-molecule imaging or single-molecule manipulation and force measurement.
